Department Overview
The Department has highly qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic faculty. It aims to impart high quality education by inspiring students to come out to compete globally in order to develop scientific outlook, overall, with analytical mind giving due importance to Basic Science and its Application in Engineering Science. To inculcate students to learn in achieving something substantial for developing their career and contemplate by solving Environmental problems of mankind. Our faculty are dedicated to delivering high-quality education, with emphasis on hands-on learning, lab work, and research projects. The department is equipped with modern labs and facilities, enabling students to gain practical experience and apply chemical concepts to engineering problems. To motivate the faculty of the department to undertake research in addition to teaching undergraduates they are encouraged to participate in Faculty development program (FDP), various National and International conferences to enhance their knowledge base. The Chemistry department plays a crucial role in shaping students’ understanding of chemical processes and their relevance in various engineering disciplines.
