We were privileged to have ASI Nagesh, Rajankunte, visit ACET and deliver an awareness talk on the present situation of society and the importance of the 112 emergency contact number. The talk was well-received by our students and staff, who appreciated the valuable insights and information shared.

The event aimed to empower our community with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle emergency situations effectively. We thank ASI Nagesh for taking the time to visit us and share his expertise.

We’re thrilled to report that today’s session on ‘Reinventing Ourselves in this VUCA World’ was a huge success! Dr. Pramod Pathak Sir, Scientist & Professor at IIT Dhanbad, delivered an inspiring talk that left our audience motivated and informed.

Aditya College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) recently organized a Parents-Teachers Meeting, providing a platform for parents, teachers, and the administration to come together and discuss student progress.

Principal Dr. Prasad Naik Hamsavath personally attended the meeting, demonstrating his commitment to student welfare and academic success. Parents appreciated the opportunity to interact with teachers and the principal, addressing concerns and gaining insights into their child’s educational journey.

At ACET, we value the partnership between parents, teachers, and the institution, recognizing its significance in fostering a supportive learning environment. We look forward to continuing this collaborative approach to ensure our students receive the best possible education.”

As part of our commitment to social responsibility, ACET students recently participated in Swachh Bharat and NSS activities at Government Higher Primary School, Kamakshipura. The event was organized as part of SCR initiatives and was guided by our Principal Dr. Parsad Naik Hamsavath and Director Dr. Ganesh Babu KN.

Our students actively engage in cleanliness drives, awareness campaigns, and other community service activities, demonstrating their dedication to making a positive impact on society. We are proud of our students’ enthusiasm and commitment to social causes.

We celebrated the 76th Republic Day at ACET with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The event was attended by our Principal, Research Advisor Dr. B A Patil, and other esteemed guests.

The celebrations began with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by inspiring speeches and cultural performances. Our students showcased their talent and creativity through songs, dances, and skits, highlighting the importance of unity, diversity, and national pride.

Our Principal and Dr. B A Patil addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of the Constitution and the responsibilities that come with being citizens of India.

The event concluded with the distribution of sweets and a sense of pride and patriotism among all attendees.

Yesterday, our Aditya Cricket Premier League came to a thrilling conclusion!

The tournament, which saw enthusiastic participation from our students, was a grand success. We congratulate all the winners, participants, and organizers who made this event possible.

The Aditya College of Engineering and Technology organized an event on Marching to Vikashit Bharat 2047 on Jan 02, 2025. The Distinguished guests of the event were Padma Shri Dr. Prahalada Ramarao, Missile Scientist of India, Former Director, DRDO, Govt. of India & Former Hon’ble Vice Chancellor – DIAT Pune & Former Pro-Chancellor, VYSA University, Bengaluru & Distinguished Advisor for the Penninsula Foundation & Chief Innovation Officer & Co-Founder of HYLENR Technololgies Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru and Prof. N. C. Shivaprakash, Former Professor, Department of Instrumentation and Applied Physics, IISc, Bengaluru.

Dr. Prahalada Ramarao shared his thoughts on Vikasit Bharat 2047 that is in-line with the Prime Minister’s Vision for the nation. Prof. N. C. Shivaprakash insisted on building a strong foundation in teaching and research for educational institutes through 5 P’s i.e. Paper, Publication, Presentation, Patent and Pricing.

After the main event, the chief guests accompanied by Dr B A Vishwanath, Chairman, Aditya Group of Institutions proceeded to inaugurate the infrastructure for the CSE and ECE allied branches at the second floor.

Inauguration: The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Prasad Naik, Principal, ACET. Dr. Naik emphasized the importance of AI and machine learning in today’s technology-driven world and encouraged participants to make the most of this learning opportunity. Objective: The objective of this one-week hands-on workshop was to equip participants with the skills to develop AI models using Vision Studio.

The workshop on “Developing AI Models using Vision Studio” was a resounding success, providing participants with hands-on experience and expertise in AI model development. The event brought together experts, faculty, and students from various departments, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting knowledge sharing. The workshop’s objective was achieved, and participants gained valuable skills and insights into industry-relevant tools and technologies.
