Address by the Principal
Dr. M. S. Ganesha Prasad, Principal, ACET, addressed the gathering and emphasized the relevance of yoga in today’s fast-paced and technology-driven world. He encouraged students and faculty members to adopt yoga as a regular practice for achieving physical fitness, mental peace, self-discipline, and overall wellness.
During his address, the Principal stressed that: - Yoga is not merely a physical exercise but a way of life.
